In the midst of an abnormally dry and windy summer in
NH, the town of Clarkesburg is facing a bigger crisis
than its lack of water. Taking priority in the minds
of the townsfolk is the mysterious disappearance of
children as the town is suddenly victimized by an
unknown predator.
When newcomer Kent Nicholson moves to town, he becomes the prime suspect. After a few weeks investigating him, Police Chief, Rhonda Lary, no longer believes he is the offender. In order to reveal the truth, the two unite as unlikely allies to find themselves facing the ugly truth Clarkesburg harbors.
