"a bit bold, don't you think?" lu zhi answered with a charming smile.
she had misunderstood his question on purpose to see what kind of change of expression he would have. however, there was still nothing; aiden was a literal rock, and his expression had practically not changed ever since he had met her, which was new to lu zhi, who was used to having a line of men asking to date them.

"actually, i-i don't really have any cultivation methods. i don't know any, well, apart from meditation; that's the only thing i did to try and increase my qi reserves."
she frowned. "you never tried to refine your qi with the outside energy? then, how did you become so powerful?"

lu zhi took a deep breath, concentrating on aiden's inner self and looking at his qi core with a lot of attention.
'he's right...it's so small. but then...why is it that i can feel a faint trace of danger coming from him? with such weak energy, he shouldn't be able to rival with me.'
"well, if you have qi cultivation methods apart from the most basic ones, i can help you. i have a few lying around in the other room from which you just came."
aiden nodded as he remembered seeing very old books pretty much everywhere around him before entering this room.
"though, you'll need to tell me which path of cultivation you want to follow. either dual cultivation or normal cultivation."
aiden frowned, unsure which one could be considered the best one.
she guided him to the door as she walked in front of aiden, her thick hips moving left and right, which made her butt jiggle. her ass was so big that aiden didn't think he would be able to grab it with only one hand.
he shook his head, having this thought.

lu zhi opened the door and signaled aiden to go through it, where he could see hua mei still waiting in the exact same spot as earlier.
"how did it go?" she asked, unsure what had happened in the other room.
as much as she had wanted to listen in to their conversation. she had made sure to keep her distance and give them some privacy.
"uh...nothing much. i'm now part of the sect, and ah yeah...i became the sect master's disciple."
"huh?!"
her eyes widened instantly as she glared at her master, who was right behind aiden.
"y-you, what? how? how is that possible?"
she tried her best not to shout, but the words came out of her mouth on her own. she couldn't believe it. there was no way that aiden had managed to become her disciple just after meeting her.
"what path of cultivation did you decide on?" hua mei asked, still shocked.
before aiden could even answer, lu zhi put herself between the two of them and uttered, "dual cultivation, and he'll be teaching under me for the time being."
hua mei's cheeks became pitch-red, and she was unsure if she had heard that correctly.
"y-you will be teaching him dual cultivation personally? m-master...are you serious?"
hua mei knew what "teaching" dual cultivation meant, and she would have never thought her master to be so naughty.
